At Ekkovision, we strive to ensure our athletes are fully satisfied with their performance supplements and gear. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your item is unopened, in its original packaging, and was purchased directly from the Ekkovision website within the last 30 days.
Submit a Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and attach the provided shipping label to the outside of the box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
